Whether you're an F45er missing your daily dose of 2-5 minute planking "fun" or just looking to add a little competitive core to your day ;) this challenge is for you!
We challenge YOU to TWO (or more!!) minutes of planking per day.
Log your minutes! Each participant that hits 100 full minutes of planking will be entered into a raffle... and one lucky winner will be selected for a
FREE F45 pass for the fall of 2020.

You will manually enter your minutes into ChallengeRunner.com system either through the website or by using the ChallengeRunner smartphone apps.
While it's most convenient to log minutes every evening, you have up to seven days to record daily distance. The totals of those times are then compared against one another and a real-time leaderboard is made available.
