Description:

Balance is key in trying times!

This challenge is designed to keep it fresh, but also reasonable! Each day of the week will feature a different physical activity and self-care activity. The first week (April 1st-4th) will feature 50 of each of the exercises, and the amount of reps will increase weekly. You don't have to do all the reps at once (unless you really want to!)- you can do them throughout the day when you get up to make a cup of coffee, or go to the bathroom. Just wash your hands :)

*PLEASE use your best judgement to maintain social distancing measures and do not physically exert yourself if you are feeling unwell*

 

This challenge will run for 50 days.

On May 20th, each participant that hits 100 activities will be entered into a raffle... and one lucky winner will be selected for a FREE F45 pass for the fall of 2020.

You will manually enter your activity into ChallengeRunner.com system either through the website or by using the ChallengeRunner smartphone apps. 

While it's most convenient to log activities every evening, you have up to seven days to record.
