Description:

In a time when we’re confined to our houses, this 4-week challenge will allow for us to socially connect despite feeling so distant from everyone around us. This challenge will not only bring positivity to your life during an uncertain time, but help take care of your body, mind, & soul!

HOW IT WORKS

  • Each day of the challenge, you have the chance to track and earn 30 points
    • MIND: Read a book, complete a puzzle, learn a new skill/activity, listen to a podcast, etc. (10 PTS)
    • BODY: Drink half your body weight in ounces (5 PTS), Complete 30 Minutes of physical activity (5 PTS)
    • SOUL: Compliment someone, pay it forward, host a virtual happy hour/lunch date, get outside, journal/blog, etc. (10 PTS)

Each week, there will social opportunities through the challenge message board!

  • W1 - POSITIVITY WITH PETS: Share a picture of your pet!
  • W2 - FUNKY HAT DAT: Share a picture of you in your favorite silly hat!
  • W3 - SHOW YOUR SPIRIT: Share a selfie of you in your WPM colors/gear!
  • W4 - DECADE DAY: Share a selfie of you dressed up from your favorite decade!

INCENTIVES

  • WEEKLY RAFFLE PRIZES: For those participants that earn at least 10 points per day
  • GRAND RAFFLE PRIZES: For those that earned at least 20 points per day
