The Dates: Monday, September 28th - Sunday , October 18th
The Points: each day you drop 1 unhealthy habit you earn 1 point, and each day you add 1 healthy habit you earn 1 point. Max points per day - 2, per week- 14 , over the challenge 42. You can repeat the addition or subtraction of the same habit throuhgout the challenge if you wish.
The Prizes:
All responses must be entered by EOD, Monday, October 19th.
