Description:

The Challenge:  To reduce your waist size by making sure to get in plenty of steps each day, along with cutting back on sugar, alcohol, fast food and adding in some strength exercises.

The Dates:  Tuesday, September 22nd - Monday, October 5th

The Points:  1 point each day for each of the below activities achieved

  • the daily activity listed for the strength workout that you choose from the 3 options distributed
  • 4,000 steps/day
  • Consume less sugar than you normally would
  • Consume less alcohol that you normally would (if you do not drink alcohol you still earn 1 point each day)
  • No fast food

 The Prizes:

  • Earn 40 points or more by October 6th and you will be eligible for one of 4- $50.00 gift cards or an a prize of your choice valued up to $50.00
  • Achieve a total of 100,000 steps (average of 7,143 /day) by October 6th and you are eligible for a $100.00 gift card or a prize of your choice valued up to $100.00
  • If your site has the highest percentage of participation they win  a healthy snack sampler with plenty for all to share
