Description:
The Overall Wellness Challenge will promote wellness by encouraging participants to balance their physical, mental/emotional, and financial health. Participants may use a pedometer or other step tracker to record the number of daily steps taken and record all challenge information into the ChallengeRunner.com system either through the website or by using the ChallengeRunner smartphone apps. While it is recommended that participants log steps at the end of each day, they have up to seven days to record daily steps. - should this be allowed?
This challenge will run for six weeks. At the conclusion of six weeks - how long will the challenge last, the participants with the top three recorded points will be awarded the following:
How will prizes work?
In addition, every participant who records an average of 20 points daily will receive a participation award.?
In the leaderboard, each participant is able to see where they stand in relation to other participants using real names.
Challenge information is to be recorded and logged every day; however, participants may enter information up to seven days after the log date. - again, should this be allowed? They are only allowed to log once per day.
