Description:

As we enter 2021, we have the opportunity to begin new habits and create healthy routines in our day to day living.  For the next 28 days, I encourage you to do one of the following activities each day:

28 Minutes of Cardio Activity

28 oz of additional water in a day

28 Strength Exercises (28 squats or 7 each of squats, push-ups, bicep curls, shoulder press, or any combination of any exercises you chose)

28 minutes of self care (read a book, meditate, declutter a room, knit, sew, cook something new)

Each of these opportunities allows you to start or continue a healthy habit that provides physical and mental wellness--vital for our health!  Of course, you can do more each day if that is what you need that day, but this isn't a competition to complete as much as possible, rather a chance to invest time in yourself and make sure that you are developing the habits that will keep you going strong all year long.
