The 30-Day Water and Sleep Challenge will promote the base foundation of wellness by encouraging participants to stay hydrated. To receive credit, participants must log into the ChallengeRunner.com system each day and check that they performed either the required water intake which is half of your body weight in ounces. While it is recommended that participants log this information every evening, they have up to three days to log their water intake.
This challenge will run for 30-Days. At the conclusion of this period, participants with the following days recorded will be recieve the following:

The 30-Day Water Challenge has the following characteristics:
