This is an eight-week challenge to help us build healthy habits. Every two weeks there will be a theme (4 total) and with each new theme comes new activities to track. There will be 2 activities that will be tracked for the entire eight weeks- steps and
exercise minutes.
Each activity you track will be awarded points. The goal of this challenge is not to reach a certain number of points, but to improve your points every week!
Week 1&2: Physical Fitness
Steps- 1 point per step
Exercise minutes- 128 points per minute
Stand at least five minutes per hour- 25 points for every hour
Week 3&4: Nutrition
Steps- 1 point per step
Exercise minutes- 128 points per minute
Water consumption- 200 points
Fruits and/or Veggies- 20 points per serving
Week 5&6: Mindfulness
Steps- 1 point per step
Exercise minutes- 128 points per minute
Sleep- 25 points per hour
Mindfulness- 100 points
Week 7&8: Physical Fitness
Steps- 1 point per step
Exercise minutes- 128 points per minute
Stand at least five minutes per hour- 25 points for every hour
Weekly Bonus Points:
Post a weekly picture of your exercise/walk/mindfulness activity/healthy meal in Teams- 100 points per week
Achieve your challenge best for weekly steps taken or exercise minutes- 300 points per week
