Description:

This daily fitness challenge is to start getting us ready for the 2021 Summer Season. 

Timeline: Monday, February 1 - Sunday, February 28th.

Each day (mornings are encouraged) complete 10 of the following exercises (in order):

Surrenders

You can add weights if you require more of a challenge. This does NOT REPLACE A WORKOUT!

This is NOT about speed. These need to be quality exercises.
