UMass Moves is an activity challenge designed for students living on campus to compete as a group against other residence halls to encourage the practice of daily movement so students' can see the potive impact on thier overall wellbing, mood, focus and so much more.

Each Res Hall is a Team and the team name is the name of the hall.

Each participant's activity will be recorded and tabulated toward the team total.
