Hospice LifeWalk 2021
This May, the Hospice of Windsor & Essex County invites you to join us for our annual fundraising event, Hospice LifeWalk.
LifeWalk is a meaningful way you can honour and celebrate your loved ones and help to ensure the services of our Hospice Residential Homes + Palliative Medicine Program?) can continue for patients and families in Windsor-Essex into the future.
This year, we are challenging you to support Hospice by counting your steps and collected pledges. Set your own step goal and walk at your own pace all month long. Walk around your neighbourhood, your favourite local trails, or even your treadmill – every
step counts! Log your steps each week in our step tracker and follow our Facebook page for updates on how far we have all walked, together!

Set Your Goal – Maybe it is 10,000 steps a day or a 5km every week, it’s up to you! Choose the challenge that makes sense for you - no challenge is too big or too small.
Share Your Goal - Share your fundraising page, tell your friends and family, and ask for their support! Don’t forget - log your steps so we can share how far we have walked together, on our Hospice Facebook page!
Support Our Hospice, Together - All donations will directly support our Hospice and our frontline staff, and will directly help us keep caring our community, especially during these unique times.
All funds raised through LifeWalk, through individual pledges or as part of a team, ensure that our programs and services are offered at no cost to patients, families, and caregivers in our Windsor-Essex community.
