Did you know that people who walk on a regular basis have increased muscle strength, higher energy levels, and improved health and well-being? Walking helps reduce the risk of heart disease, diabetes, and some cancers. Health professionals recommend walking
at least 10,000 steps a day to achieve those benefits.
So, get ready to move, as we will be having the first-ever WLFN Walk for Wellness Community Challenge beginning May 15, 2021, to June 15, 2021.
Think you can’t do it? There are lots of ways to sneak more steps into your day. Take the stairs, walk at lunch and enjoy the sunshine. And walk your way to some amazing prizes!
There will be First, Second & Third Prizes for the Elders, Youth & Adults respectively for the most steps taken.

Select the fitness tracker that you would like to authorize/sync and get your data (steps) extracted from
It will automatically sync with your tracker – Fitbit, Garmin, Apple Health, Google Fit, Omron, Polar, Samsung Health, Withings
Take a walk
Double-check if your steps walked synced with the app or else manually enter your daily steps.
