Step Challenge Description
The Move for Mental Health Step Challenge will be held May 1 through May 31, and participants will have up to 7 calendar days after May 31 to log in step activity from May. Participants may choose to use a third-party activity tracking device/app, such as FitBit or Apple Health, to record their steps. Please visit the ChallengeRunner "Support/Trackers" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank" >Fitness Tracker FAQ page for more information and instructions to sync fitness devices. Participants should sync their devices every day to ensure their steps are recorded to ChallengeRunner. The use of tracking devices is optional; participants can simply record their daily steps manually in the ChallengeRunner website or mobile app if they prefer.
After accepting the ChallengeRunner email invite and registering, participants will be grouped into teams according to their applicable CrossCountry Service Line (i.e., Accounting Advisory, Technology Solutions, Business Transformation, etc.). As participants begin logging in steps, the leaderboard will populate with the daily accumulated steps for each team. Team activity data is automatically averaged to allow teams of varying sizes to effectively compete against one another.
