30 Days of Fun Walking Challenge
The Walking Challenge will promote wellness by encouraging participants to walk more often during the day. Participants may use a pedometer or other step tracker to record the number of daily steps taken and record this number into the ChallengeRunner.com system either through the website or by using the ChallengeRunner smartphone apps. While it is recommended that participants log steps every evening, they have up to seven days to record daily steps.
This challenge will run from August 16 through September 27. At the conclusion of six weeks, the participants with the top three recorded steps will be awarded the following:
In addition, every participant who records a minimum of 57,000 steps each week (based on recommendation of 8,000 per day) will be entered into a weekly prize drawing.
