Description:

The Challenge: to engage in healthy behaviors that lead to mainaining weight or helping you lose weight if that is desired

The Dates: September 8th - September 30th

The Points: 

  • Maintain or lose weight at the weekly weigh-in: earn 10,000 points each week
  • Get a minimum of 7 or more hours of sleep each night: earn 8,000 points each day
  • Complete 30 minutes of exericise each day.( May be broken up int 3- 10 minute or 2- 15 minute sessions): earn 5,000 points each day
  • Drink 20 oz or more of water each day: earn 2,000 points each day

The Prizes:

  • 1st place- digital scale
  • 2nd place- wrist blood pressure cuff monitor
  • 3rd place- jump rope

In the case of a tie, all eligible winners will be entered into a raffle drawing
