Wellness is all around us if we are willing to see it. This will be an interactive scavenger hunt to find wellness in our workplace and in our lives outside of work. You will be given riddles and puzzles to help you find all eight dimensions of wellness in all areas of your life. Sometimes you will need to answer multiple choice questions since areas of wellness often cross lines.  Some clues will ask for a picture, other clues will ask you to scan a QR code.
