Yavar Spring Challenge
Yavar Spring Challenge will promote wellness by encouraging participants to walk more often during the day. Participants may use a pedometer or other step tracker to record the number of daily steps taken and record this number into the ChallengeRunner.com system either through the website or by using the ChallengeRunner smartphone apps. While it is recommended that participants log steps every evening, they have up to seven days to record daily steps.
This challenge will run for 4 weeks from April 4th to May 1st. Participants must walk 8000 steps a day. At the conclusion of each week, participants will get discounts depending on how many weeks they completed the walk. The discounts will vary below:
In addition, participants who walked most steps each week will receive a weekly award.
