I needed some sort of accountability and tracking so, I've gone back to what has helped me with this in the past and am creating a simple little March challenge to help get myself back into the groove. The premise is simple.... do a one minute wall sit, a one minute plank and a one mile walk/run ever day in March and check the box off on the ChallengeRunner app! For added fun, enter your mile time every day and you may get inspired to push a little harder and see if you can improve it. The goal is to create some routine, maintian accountability and maybe push yourself a little harder!! Come join me!!!!
