Welcome to the 2017 What's the Point Fitness Challenge!
We invite you to participate as much or as little as you would like. You will earn points for anything you do that is health and fitness related. The goal is to be your very best YOU!
RULES
You will receive points for completing certain health and fitness tasks, but you must be able to prove that you've completed the tasks.
Points will be added up at the end of each month to determine the monthly winner, and added up again at the end of the year for the grand prize winner. Points will
not rollover into the next month.
You do not have to participate every month in order to qualify for the grand prize, but you will miss out on the monthly prizes.
POINTS
Work Out (30 minute min) = 1 point
Pounds Lost/Gained (depending on goal) = 1 point per lb
Inches = 1 point per inch
Percentages = 5 points per %
Weekly Weigh-In = 1 point
Gym Check-In = 1 point
Rally App Download = 1 point
Yearly Physical = 5 point
Flu Shot = 5 points
Dental Cleanings = 1 point
DAILY STEP TOTALS:
5,000 = 1 point
10,000 = 2 points
15,000 = 3 points
20,000 = 5 points
