The 2018 LifeTeam Health Olympics is a team competition aimed at creating and maintaining a healthier lifestyle. This competition is made up of three challenges which will each be four weeks long and focus on different aspects of health with LifeTeam employees working in teams to reach their goals and potentially win prizes! Each challenge will have its own prize to be awarded to the winning team, and every person who is active in participating in our health competition will receive a free t-shirt upon completion of the LifeTeam Health Olympics! The team with the most cumulative points at the end of our challenges will also receive a grand prize.
The LifeTeam Health Olympics challenges and dates are as follows:
Challenge 1: Weight Management-(Tracking decrease in BMI) | January 19th- February 16th –(Weekly weigh-ins)
Challenge 2: Physical Activity-(Tracking miles walked) March 2nd - March 30th—(Daily Tracking)
Challenge 3: Calories Burned - (Maintaining calorie consumption) April 13th – May 11th—(Daily Tracking)
Here, Challenge Runner will automatically track your physical activity with use of a compatible tracking device. We are recommending daily inputting of your information--the more you do, the more data your team collects and the better chance you have at winning prizes!
