GOAL:  LIMIT JUNK FOOD!
Receive 1 point for each category of food elimated each day (max pts/day = 7).

Limited Food Category Details:

  • Candy/Chocolate:  includes milk and dark chocolate, hard candy, sweet tarts, gummies, etc.
  • Chips:  includes tortilla chips, potato chips, sun chips.  Baked chips are allowed.
  • Pastries/Donuts:  includes biscuits, croissants, filled pastries, etc.
  • White bread/bread products:  includes bagels, tortillas.  WHOLE grain bread products allowed.
  • Fried Food:  NONE!  Includes fast food, restaurants, home-cooked.
  • Sweet Drinks:  includes sodas, sweet tea, lemonade, sports drinks, flavored coffee drinks (lattes, etc).
  • Desserts:  no cookies, cake, pie, brownies, ice cream, dark or milk chocolate, etc.

Keep track of points using ChallengeRunner online or the paper scorecard provided.

ChallengeRunner entries or paper scorecard deadline:  Monday, February 19 by 3:00 PM.

Winners announced Wednesday, February 21st.
