Brebeuf Jesuit Summer Weight Loss Challenge
This Weight Loss Challenge will promote health and wellness by encouraging participants to lose weight and to guide them to a healthier lifestyle. Participants must weigh in once a week with the help of the program administrator (Cassie). The admin is the only one that will enter weigh-ins will into the ChallengeRunner.com system.
You do not have to be overweight to join this challenge. Maybe you would like to have the extra encouragement or the push of a challenge to promote a healthier lifestyle. This challenge is to encourage and support one another.
This challenge will run for twelve weeks starting May 27 through August 19. At the conclusion of twelve weeks, the participants with the top three weight loss totals by percentage will be generously rewarded. The first weigh-in will be completed from May 13-20.
