Think you can’t do it? Well, you might be more motivated if you thought you were going to be turned into a Zombie. Take the stairs, walk at lunch or on your coffee break. Have a walking meeting. Walk to your co-worker’s desk instead of sending an email. And walk your way to great shape or a very healthy Zombie! Win some prizes and have some fun! Healthy Option Baskets to be awarded to Top Individuals and Top Team Participants. Stay Healthy and Alive! Did I mention a Zombie can catch you and turn you into a Zombie - you can stay ahead of the Zombies with extra exercise bonus points.
Individual Challenge:
For each day you walk 10,000 steps you will be safe from The Apocalypse. Exercise bonus points will help you from turning into a Zombie but if you drop below the safety point (50 percent of the steppers points) you will be in Jeopardy!
Team Challenge:
50% of the teams with the highest group average of steps for the Challenge will stay ahead of the Zombies.
Download the free ChallengeRunner app on your phone through the App Store. You will need a pedometer or activity tracker if you do not wear a fitness tracker that works with ChallengeRunner. While this will be on the honor system, please make sure we can verify your results. If it’s not trackable, make sure to take a picture before you reset!
