Welcome to the 30-Day Sip & Sleep Challenge! Did you know that drinking water regularly throughout the day and getting more sleep can significantly improve your health? It's true!!

For the next 30 days challenge yourself to drink more water and get quality sleep. How much? Experts recommend drinking an average of eight 8- ounce glasses of water daily and getting roughly 8 hours of sleep per night. Let's go for the "8 is great" mantra!

Check your email regularly for weekly "Challenge Tips". We'll send you tools and info to help keep you motivated over the next 30 days so that you can hit your "8 is great" goal.

Feel free to use this system to track your progress or you can choose to use another method. Whatever works!
