Welcome to our Spring Fitness Challenge. Simply log 45 workouts in the next 90 day to complete the challenge. Any workouts of at least 30 minutes or more count in the challenge. Some examples include walking, running, bicycling, weightlifting, CrossFit, hiking, and yoga. You can count only one workout per day in this challenge. It is recommended that you use a GPS enable app whenever possible to track your workouts. Simply log your progress here so we can track your progress in the challenge. Those who complete the challenge will receive a letter of commendation and be entered into a drawing to receive gift cards provided by G-Cops.
