The Dates: Monday, August 12th - Sunday, Septmeber 8th
The Points:
1 point for every 5,000 steps taken for a max of 3 points /day or 15,000 steps
1 point for each day you consume 1 less sugary item than you normally would
1 point for each day that you avoid all fast food
Max of 5 points possible per day.
One time bonus worth 5 points if you send a healhty selfie to your coach. These bonus points will be awarded by the site admin, not by you.
