SETA Walking for Fitness Challenge

The SETA Walking for Fitness Challenge will promote wellness by encouraging employees to move their bodies more during the day. Walk for fitness on rest periods, lunch periods, before or after shifts, or on the weekends and keep track of those minutes. Walking for Fitness minutes are those where you are walking solely for the goal of fitness, not just walking normal steps throughout the day.

Employees will record the number of minutes they walk for fitness and record this number into the ChallengeRunner.com system or app. For example, if you take your lunch from 12pm to 12:30pm and you walked for fitness for 15 minutes, then you get to record 15 minutes in the app or online. While it is recommended that employees log these minutes every evening, you have up to seven days to record activities. In the leaderboard, each employee is able to see where they stand in relation to other anonymous employees.

This challenge will run for 30 days from September 1st - 30th. At the conclusion, the participants with the top three recorded minutes will be awarded prizes!
