Description:
To help promote healthy habits and camaraderie, we're hosting a fitness challenge! So get active, and get creative. Make your next 1:1 meeting a walking meeting. Check out a bootcamp class in the F5 Tower Gym. Discover--or rediscover--your favorite sport.
Teams
There will be two teams: Red and Green. Up 25 people max may register for each team.
Timing
The challenge runs for four weeks, from October 14th through November 9th.
Points
Physical Activity Points
Every 30 minutes of cardio or strength training equals 1 point. Max of 10 points per week for this category.
Buddy Points
If you work out with someone on your team, you each get an additional 0.5 (half) point.
If you work out with someone on the competitor team, you each get an additional 1 point.

Prizes will be awarded to the winning team as well as top individual performers.
