Join the February 2020 Body Trophy Challenge!
The goal of this challenge is that each team member spends 20 minutes a day doing some form of physical activity for at least 21 days in February. Here’s what to do!
Look through the activity booklet and choose which activities you would like to complete (the activities range in points from 50-180 per day, so the more rigorous the activity, the more points you will earn).
Sign up on Challenge Runner (onsite.challengerunner.com) and start tracking your points each day.
At the end of the month, your points will be combined with others from your regional team and the team with the highest average points per person (total points divided by total number of people in region) will win the Wellness Trophy!
Any team that has 75% or more participation* will win a free lunch from ONSITE! *participation = must complete and track on Challenge Runner a minimum of 20 minutes of activity per day for at least 21 days of the month.
