Description:
Welcome to the Quarantine challenge by Chestnut Gets Fit. This purpose of this challenge is to keep us moving and healthy even while we are practicing social distancing and obeying the stay home orders. Anyone can participate. Activities will be added throughout the month the keep the challenge fresh. Prizes will be awarded and mailed to winners.
Part 1 - Eat at least one salad per day and do 20 mins of cardio of your choicing. A few videos will be posted on the church website at chestnutgrovechurch.org in the news and events section.
***Potatoe salad, coleslaw, egg salad, seafood and chicken salad do NOT count for this challenge
