Daily & Weekly Stats Posting: Each of you are required to post your stats and picture proof daily and on Saturday.
This is a 100-Day Challenge NOT 100 mile challenge.
EVERYONE will POST their stats on the challenge app daily AND in the challenge CHATROOM and every Saturday NLT 8:30pm EST. Facebook chatroom updates will follow the following format:
“Feb 1-8 (Week 1) - 2 mi - 2/250 miles to date
Mileage rules: ONLY hiking, running, walking, jogging or treadmill miles count. If you know you are not going to be able to walk on a certain day due to work or weather, plan to do more miles on days you are not as busy. It’s ok to have 0 miles to report
on some days.
Verification of miles: You MUST show picture proof of your mileage in the app and in the chatroom. Examples are pics of the treadmill screen or screenshot of your phone app, Fitbit or Google watch maps showing mileage.
REMINDERS
We encourage you to set your reminder alarms to get into a rhythm to post your daily stats as this will encourage others.
You MUST capture picture proof of your mileage and post NLT 830pm EST each day on app and on Saturday 100-Day CHATROOM using the format ⬆️.
You DO NOT have to log mileage everyday, but if you MISS THREE consecutive days of posting, we will drop you from the challenge.
Challenge goal categories are 250, 350 & 450 miles in 100 days.
Awards will be given Dec 5th at #AAFBlackTie2020 for challenge winners and participants.
