Description:

We created this challenge to encourage participants to spend just ONE MINUTE a day to work on gaining some strength and forming a healthy habit. It's not meant to be a competition against the other participants but rather as a means to hold yourself accountable and to see if you can improve your performance. Every day you just have to spend one minute holding a plank AND doing EITHER pushups or squats (or both of you're feeling like a rock star!). Count how many you can do and record that number on the ChallengeRunner app. At the end of the month you'll be able to see how much you've improved.  If your body is feeling beat up on any particular day, just hold your plank for one minute and check off that box. Feel free to do either full range pushups, modified pushups or a combination of the two. Have fun!!!
