This challenge is all about building healthy habits that are maintainable for all of us working women & mothers.
Every two weeks we will add in three more items, one focusing on physicality, one focusing on nourishment and one focusing on mental health, with the ultimate goal of having easy to follow, day to day, habits built by the end of the challenge.
This challenge should be motivating! Not discouraging or frustrating. We’ll challenge each other, keep each other accountable, and at the end of the month gather to celebrate all our successes and failures.
